Delete your Tabrio Account
You can permanently delete your account directly from inside the application.
How to delete your account
Account deletion is available only after you sign in. Follow these steps in the app:
- Sign in to Tabrio.
- Open Profile.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Select Delete Account.
- Enter your current password.
- Type DELETE_MY_ACCOUNT.
- Confirm the deletion request.
What happens immediately
After you confirm deletion:
- Access is revoked immediately.
- Existing sessions become invalid.
- Subscription cancellation begins.
- Automatic renewals are disabled.
- No further user action is required.
What happens during processing
Tabrio performs internal processing before permanent deletion:
- Personal information is anonymized.
- AI conversations are permanently deleted.
- Companion and gamification data are permanently deleted.
- Memberships and invitations are removed.
- Educational history may be retained only when legally required and only after anonymization.
- Billing information is retained when legally required.
Retention
Some records must legally remain for accounting, fraud prevention or regulatory compliance. Those records are retained only after personal information has been anonymized.
